The Prince William County Community Services Board offers a variety of mental health, mental retardation, substance abuse, and early intervention programs as well as an emergency services program for the citizens of Prince William County and the cities of Manassas and Manassas Park. Translation is available for non-English speaking clients and callers. American Sign Language is also available. Fees are based on a sliding scale. Many services are reimbursed through insurance and Medicaid.
